After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are trying to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted through their heroic acts.

With help from their new friend April O’Neil, the Turtle brothers decide to take on a mysterious crime syndicate led by Superfly. But as an army of mutants is determined to get rid of humans so that mutants can rule the Earth, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles find themselves over their heads.
