Tom Cruise and Hayley Atwell are handcuffed together during a car chase in Rome. That meant that Cruise had to drive one-handed during the stunt. While the chase begins with the duo in a BMW, they eventually ditch that car for an IMF vehicle; a Fiat 500. Christopher McQuarrie explains that the Mission: Impossible team built that particular Fiat 500 to be faster and that, “Some would even say the car is possessed.”
