Speedflying is a delicate and beautiful sport that is also one of the most dangerous in the world. With a small canopy, racing downhill and just a few feet off of the ground, crosswinds are perilous.
With years of training, Tom Cruise explains that you cannot get close to the needed shots with a helicopter or a drone. That meant that the Mission: Impossible team had to develop their own gimble system that sat beside a fellow speedflyer following Cruise during the stunt.
