Mickey 17 has released the second trailer, looks like a blast, and I will definitely being watching it in theaters. If you are unfamiliar, Mickey applies for a position to get off of Earth as an ‘Expendable,’ a disposable employee. When Mickey dies, the company prints a new body and puts him back to work. Until Mickey comes home after not dying, making him one of ‘Multiples.’
Mickey 17 was written and directed by Bong Joon Ho, stars Robert Pattinson, Naomi Ackie, Steven Yeun, with Academy Award nominees Toni Collette, and Mark Ruffalo. Adapted from the novel Mickey7 by author Edward Ashton, cinematography by Darius Khondji, editing by Yang Jin-mo, and music by Jung Jae-il. Mickey 17 is in theaters on March 7, 2025.
