Gotham comes into view as the Penguin says, “This is one of those moments. You gotta ask yourself, what kind of life do I want.” The next chapter in The Batman saga is in production and the new Max Original Series from Matt Reeves is coming in 2024.
The Penguin is an upcoming miniseries based on the DC Comics character Penguin. A spin-off from the film The Batman in 2022, the series explores the Penguin’s rise to power in Gotham City’s criminal underworld. Colin Farrell reprises his role to star as the Penguin. HBO Max, now simply Max, ordered the series after the film’s March 2022 release will consist of eight episodes.
